First Prison Break alum Rockmond Dunbar signed on to Sons of Anarchy for a multi-episode turn as the new, hard-nosed Charming sheriff, Eli Roosevelt. Now, meet his deputy: LaMonica Garrett. EW has learned that Garrett will play Deputy Sheriff Cane, one of a few new lawmen this season who are going to be putting pressure on the guys
