Mary Delgado — who accepted the coveted final rose from bass fisherman Byron Velvick on Season 6 of ABC’s The Bachelor in 2004 — was arrested on charges of suspicion of DUI in Tampa at approximately 12:45 AM Thursday morning. Delgado was reportedly taken into custody after refusing a blood alcohol test. She
was released on a $500 bond.
This is not Delgado’s first brush with the law. In 2007, the former NFL cheerleader and reality personality, now 42, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after allegedly attacking Velvick. In 2008, she was collared in Texas for public drunkenness.
Delgado and Velvick split in 2009.
