She won’t be a “Bachelorette” much longer.
DeAnna Pappas — the brunette who landed a gig as Bachelorette in 2008 after being dumped by Bachelor Brad Womack — is engaged again, this time to a man whose twin brother once competed on the show.
Six degrees of reality separation!
Stephen Stagliano proposed last May with a 2.12 carat ring.
“I was crying, holding his hands, and he showed me the ring. I just nodded, like, ‘Yeah!’,” Pappas told Us Magazine. The soon-to-be newlyweds met at a party for The Bachelorette’s: The Men Tell-All reunion special back in 2009.
Stephen’s twin brother Michael Stagliano — was one of the men who vyed for Jillian Harris on the 5th season of The Bachelorette. He’s also planning a wedding. He popped the question to fiancee Holly Durst in June.
The group is planning to have a double wedding next spring. And get this: the wedding planning and ceremony may be filmed for a new ABC reality show called Four Better, For Worse.
Pappas accepted a proposal from snowboarder Jesse Csincsak durng her turn as Bachelorette. The pair called off their engagement in Nov. 2008.
