Halloween. From The TODAY Show to Rachael Ray, All Hallow’s Eve has become an institution on daytime TV. In fact, small screen stars Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa are so enamored with the ghoulish holiday that the TV hosts promises that we’ll see no fewer that 30 different costumes — including Regs as The Situation and Kelly as Snooki — on this year’s Live! Reality Bites Again: Chomped From the Headlines Show, airing Friday. Last year, Regis and Kelly wowed their studio audience with their spot-on spoofs of warring TLC personalities Jon and Kate Gosselin.
