Twilight stunners Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene sizzle on the July covers of Men’s Health and Women’s Health.

The stars are detailing their workouts and sharing their tips for staying in shape in the latest editions of the sought-after fitness mags.

Ashley keeps her figure trim with a combination of healthy eating, Pilates, and morning jogs three to five times a week.

“I don’t do the diet thing anymore,” she says. “I’m a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you’re going to end up shoving your face full of it.”

Kellan credits regular gym sessions for his well-crafted pecs. He tells Men’s Health: “I’m not usually a down person. When something [bad] happens, I go to the gym and run it off; work out, make my blood pump.”

He also enjoys hiking, swimming, and running with his dog.

The mags hit newsstands June 29.
