50 Cent back to bulky self after massive weight loss

Rapper 50 Cent, who lost 50 pounds to play a cancer patient in “Things Fall Apart,” showed off his rejuvenated physique while performing in Denver earlier this week as part of his Invitation Tour.

Last week, pictures had surfaced of a skinny Fiddy, reports The New York Daily News.

Shortly after the rapper posted the pictures on his site, ThisIs50.com, he commented, “I”m eating again. I”ll be back in shape in no time.”

In the film, the star plays a football player stricken with cancer.
