Andrew Rannells & Rory O’Malley: ‘Book of Mormon’ Opening!

Andrew Rannells and Rory O’Malley suit up for the NYC opening night party of his new Broadway musical The Book of Mormon on Thursday (March 24).

The Book of Mormon follows a pair of mismatched Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that is as far from Salt Lake City as you can get… Uganda.

Just Jared spywitnesses overheard Paul Rudd and Bill Hader gushing to Andrew about how brilliant and hilarious he is. Comedy praise doesn’t get much better than that!

The New York Times calls the song “Take It Off,” a “hilarious chorus-line piece… destined to make a star of its lead singer and dancer, Rory O’Malley,” and we agree!

The reviews for the show have been overwhelmingly positive with raves coming in from the NYT, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, and countless others. Just Jared thought the show was hilarious!
