A lot of jewelry items belonging to Anne Hathaway are going to be sold at an auction.

Raffaello Follieri, Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend, was arrested in 2008. He was accused of stealing investor’s money – millions of dollars. That is why FBI arrested and excepted about a dozen of expensive jewelry presents given to Anne by him within four years of their relationship. Now it is planned by federal authorities to put up for auction this high-priced presents. The official date of the auction has not been decided yet, according to the information provided by New York Post.

The 27-year-old star, known for her leading roles in Alice in Wonderland and Devil Wears Prada, was requested to let prosecutors take Follieri gifts in order to use them as evidence in this criminal case and to bring in a verdict of guilty to the star’s 31-year-old ex-lover. It has become known that Raffaello Follieri was found guilty and was sentenced to 4½ years in jail. He was accused of conspiracy, money laundering and wire fraud.

The arrested bauble include: two gold rings,  Louis Vuitton box, five-strand pearl necklace, pair of silver diamond earrings, gold Rolex watch for $25,000, and silver chain with a cross pendant.
