With a bronzed look that Pauly D would be proud of, the 63-year-old legendary musician looked in fine form.

Showing off his sporting abilities, he took to a stand up paddle board for a workout before wrapping himself in a blue towel to dry off.
His wife and E Street Band guitarist Patti Scialfa joined him for his sunny day out but kept under wraps in a baggy top, jeans and hat.
