Jennifer Lawrence and the cast of “Catching Fire” invaded the Cannes Film Festival on Saturday to celebrate the latest “Hunger Games” installment.
Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin, aka Gale and Finnick, joined Lawrence in France for a photocall and party for the sequel.
Ms. Everdeen looked sophisticated in a black strapless top and black pants, and then went glam in a white strapless dress and hot pink pumps on the red carpet during the party.
In “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” the second adaptation of Suzanne Collins’s book series, Hunger Games victors Katniss (Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) embark on obligatory “Victor’s Tour” of the 12 Capitol-controlled districts of Panem, and soon learn they will be thrown back into the arena to again fight for their lives in the 75th Annual Hunger Games.
