The bitter and single sad sacks of the world have a new theme song. The catchy and expletive-laden new song from Grammy-nominated Gnarles Barkley star Cee-Lo has gone viral less than a week after its release.

The “Crazy” hitmaker has been scorned by a golddigging former girlfriend and is using the power of an uptempo ’50s beat to express how he feels in the new single “Fu*k You.”

The video is merely a colorful stream of the song’s lyrics, nonetheless it’s racked up more than 1.8 million views since being posted on Cee-Lo’s YouTube page last week.

On Friday, Cee-Lo Tweeted that “a bit of history” had been made with the song and that he was “amazed.” It has already spawned mash-up videos and a response featuring 50 Cent. The track serves as the first single on Cee-Lo’s forthcoming album Lady Killer, due out Oct. 5.

A clean version has played on British radio with the words “Forget You” substituted.

The full-length video for “Fu*k You” will premire later this week.
