Christina Ricci is set to make her Broadway debut replacing Clueless star Alicia Silverstone in the Tony-nominated play Time Stands Still.

The Addams Family star will join Laura Linney and Eric Bogosian when the show returns to the stage at the end of the year. The production is taking a summer hiatus to accommodate Tony Award Best Actress nominee Linney’s commitment to her new Showtime, The Big C, which will premiere in August. The scheduling conflict forced Silverstone to give up the role of Mandy in the show.
Time Stands Still will return to the Great White Way in a new theater with new dates to be announced in September.
