Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has been slapped with a lawsuit by two former business partners, who accuse the star of forcing them out of their jobs.
Ronen and Mali Nachum are suing Longoria and her Las Vegas restaurant and club associate Jonas Lowrance, alleging that the pair terrorised them into giving up their ownership stake and managerial jobs at the restaurant, reports the Daily Express.
The couple also claim that Longoria owes them 186,670 pounds that she borrowed from them to fund the restaurant’s construction.
They are requesting repayment of the loan, in addition to damages for breach of contract, assault and false imprisonment. They have also requested to be re-appointed as managers of the restaurant.
Longoria’s representative has not made any comment.
