A new, four-minute preview video of the new season of Spartacus, officially titled Spartacus: Vengeance and starring Liam McIntyre as the fearsome, mostly-naked gladiator, has hit the internet. In it, you’ll see the first, exciting scene of the new season, interspersed with interview footage of Mr. McIntyre. And all we’re going to say is: It looks like somebody’s been hitting the gym. (And the waxing table, if this old photo of McIntyre is any indication.) Yes, we all will miss Andy Whitfield, but based on what I’ve seen here, I’m looking forward to seeing what McIntyre brings to the loincloth. I mean part! What he brings to the part.
