Recently on Saturday at the Hyatt Regent Century Plaza Hotel, the 21st annual GLAAD Media Awards was held where the Fox musical “Glee” had won the best comedy award given by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance against Defamation adding to its Golden Globe and the SAG prizes.

Ryan Murphy, the writer as well as the co creator came to receive the award along with the crew Jane Lynch, and the Chris Colfer.

Jane Lynch was thanked by the writer for making the Glee show the national platform for making the talk of her engagement to Lara Embry, her longtime partner Lara Embry. The role of Kurt is played by Chris Colfer, whom he tipped his hat on the stage.

He was overwhelmed by the man Chris Colfer and truly loved him because he was the one who at the age of 19 even when the media was at his high didn’t mind to tell the world who he actually is and did not wait for today when he is 40 to announce that he is a gay, as for now things do not actually matter. The show deals with education over arts and inclusion and no doubt, it is a mark of great success to have GLAAD Award in hand.
