Grammys Return To Highest Ratings In 11 Years

Music’s Biggest Night hit a high note in the ratings Sunday night. The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards aired on CBS over the weekend, drawing the show’s biggest TV audience in over a decade, according to preliminary Nielsen figures. About 26.6 million viewers tuned in to watch the prizegiving and performances by Rihanna, Dr. Dre, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga, improving on the 2010 audience of 25.37 million viewers by three percent and dominating network rivals like FOX, NBC, and ABC.
