Gwyneth Paltrow’s full of Glee.

The Oscar winner, who made a splash when she poked fun at Lindsay Lohan and performed a side-splitting rendition of Cee-Lo’s Grammy-nominated single “F- You” on an episode last month, has been tapped to reprise her role as McKinley High’s favorite substitute teacher, Holly Holiday, for a second episode, Access Hollywood has learned.

No word on when her second episode will be taped or air, but Gwynie might want to stock up on the Vitamin C. Several castmembers of the FOX musical-comedy were sidelined with tonsillitis last week. The outbreak, which struck down series stars Dianna Agron and Kevin McHale, halted production on the show’s Los Angeles set until Monday.

Glee will return with all-new episodes on Super Bowl Sunday, when Gleek Katie Couric will join the cast for a cameo.
