Heidi Montag called off her marriage with Spencer Pratt because he isolated her from her friends and family, it has emerged.
Montag has now moved in to a Malibu beach home with one of her best friends, Jennifer Bunney.
“Heidi has spent so much time with Spencer and now she wants to be able to spend more time with herself and friendships,” the New York Daily News quoted Bunney, as telling TMZ.com.
The 19-month-long marriage between Montag, 23, and Pratt, 26, came to an end recently.
A family friend of the Pratts told FoxNews: “I think the American public would agree they”re better off apart.
“Heidi is off in her own crazy little world and Spencer is certifiably insane.” (
