Newly wed Orlando Bloom apparently impressed his future in-laws by going the traditional way to seek permission for Miranda Kerr””s hand in marriage.
The ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’ star proved an old-fashioned gent after deciding he wanted to secretly wed model girlfriend Miranda Kerr by first seeking the permission of her parents.
“Orlando, being the true gentleman that he is, followed tradition by asking for Miranda’s hand in marriage and we had no hestitation,” the Daily Express quoted Kerr””s mother Therese as saying.
“We are thrilled to welcome Orlando into the Kerr family,” added Therese.
