Comedian Jimmy Kimmel had planned to take his “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on the road from Los Angeles to Brooklyn. Despite that Hurricane Sandy is about to wreak havoc on the East Coast, he’s still planning to film his late night show in the borough starting Oct. 29.

There’s no word on whether the shutdown will affect air dates at all.
