Little input to some of the theories:
1. All Twisted Metals have been to an extent “re-boots” because of the alternative endings, it would be very confusing and at some points, would stop the series all-together. Such as the death of Calypso.
2. Brimstone is still crazy because in his eyes it shows that it’s an industry but it’s still Calypso working by himself. (in my opinion of course)
