For no other reason than it puts a smile on our face, here are a group of paintings featuring Star Wars bad guys holding bunnies in front of that really awesome multi-color laser background you’ll recall from your old grade-school pictures. The artist is Nashville’s Kelly Kerrigan, whose works — including these paintings — can be viewed on display at the Twist Art Gallery through November 26th. We’re not sure why she was inspired to paint these characters holding bunnies, but maybe her reasoning is as simple as proving that bunnies make even the worst people seem delightful.
