India Post had opened its account on Twitter 3 months back and since then it has been getting all the comment that have been found to be highly useful in making necessary amendments in its services.

A recent tweet from it has urged the users that they should file complaint or they can raise any query about the services. Then, they are free to contact through Post@PostOfficeIndia also.

Secretary, India Post has said that the twitter account was started with the aim of getting feedback from the consumer and to promote international products. But she said that negative comments too are useful in amending some services promptly.

She has said that the twitter account gives an opportunity to make necessary correction in the service. The account has so far 1164 followers.
