A Blu-ray box set of all four “Indiana Jones” films will come out sometime this fall, Paramount announced on Wednesday. “The Complete Indiana Jones Blu-ray Collection” will contain “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,” “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” and “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” as well as extras including a “best of” collection of documentaries, interviews, featurettes and a “few new surprises,” the studio said in a statement.

“The man with the hat is back –- and looking better than ever!” the studio said, promising “the highest possible high definition picture and audio presentation.”

The films should be there in all their original, theatrical glory, since Steven Spielberg has expressed his aversion to tinkering with his older films and that he regrets changes to the Blu-ray edition of “E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial.”

Speaking last year at a 30-year anniversary screening of “Raiders” in Los Angeles, Spielberg said to an appreciative audience, “We haven’t removed anything, we haven’t added CGI, there’s no digital enhancements! It’s purely the movie you some of you may remember from 1981.”
