The 33-year-old actor was there to receive the Piaget Award of Inspiration in honor of his advocacy for HIV-AIDS research.

“I’m still a little unsure why I’m being honored, but I’m glad that I’m here and I’m glad that I can help,” James told The Insider. “It’s certainly a cause that I believe in.”
