Jennifer Aniston has been tapped to guest star on the second season premiere of the hit dramedy Cougar Town next month, ABC announced on Monday.

America’s Sweetheart has agreed to drop by for one episode of the popular series, which features her best friend and former Friends co-star Courteney Cox as a suburban divorcee returning to the wacky world of dating. This will be the first time the pals have shared the small screen since Aniston famously locked lips with Cox during a guest-stint on the short-lived FX drama Dirt in 2007.

Here’s the word on the role Jennifer will play when the show airs Sept. 22.

“She’s going to play Courteney’s shrink named Bonnie. Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has.”
