Casting on Universal Pictures’ The Bourne Legacy, starring Jeremy Renner with Tony Gilroy (Michael Clayton) helming, seems to be moving forward with Variety reporting that actor Edward Norton is in talks to play the movie’s main villain. Norton has played a villain before, most notably in Paramount’s heist thriller The Italian Job. They also seem to be confirming that Rachel Weisz will be the female lead in the movie, previously reported as being in talks. We wonder what her new husband Daniel “James Bond” Craig feels about that.
