According to Peruvian officials, Joran van der Sloot wanted to let it all hang out about the location of Natalee Holloway’s body who disappeared five years ago in Aruba.

It turned out that the Dutchman was afraid of the Peruvian prison where he stayed after being accused of the murder of business student Stephany Flores, 21.

Joran van der Sloot said that he did not want to stay in prison in Peru. The reason is that he is afraid of being killed.

Currently he is held in isolation in the high-security Miguel Castro Castro prison that is situated in the San Juan de Lurigancho district of Lima. As a matter of fact, Joran van der Sloot is waiting for trial. Moreover, he requested security measures that can guarantee his safety while being there. In fact, he is afraid of the fact that prisoners are able to take justice onto their hands.
According to the attorney of the criminal, Luis Lamas Puccio, convicts of the prison committed serious crimes. Moreover, there is a lot of promiscuity as well as poor health conditions. Being isolated will help Joran be safe from being killed as well as raped.
