Bring on the hate Tweets! The laughs were a-plenty and the drinks were a-flowing as Hollywood’s best and brightest celebrated another blockbuster season at Vanity Fair’s annual Oscars Afterparty on Sunday night. But it wasn’t Christian Bale’s emotional acceptance speech or Melissa Leo’s blushworthy F-Bomb that had the party or the blogosphere buzzing.
To the horror of Beliebers all over the Twitterverse, Justin Bieber and his new haircut made their first red carpet appearance, arm and arm, with girlfriend Selena Gomez, 18. The young pair stared lovingly into each others’ eyes as they posed for photographers on the red carpet outside the VF bash at the Sunset Tower Hotel. 
The teen sensations have been quietly dating since November, but have been desperate to maintain a low profile.
Until now.
A dapper Biebs wore a red handkerchief in the pocket of his black Dolce & Gabbana suit to complement Selena’s crimson floor-length gown, also designed by D&G. The star of Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place accessorised her Grecian-inspired frock with Brian Atwood stilettos and jewels by Lorraine Schwartz.
