Introducing the new face of Material Girl: Kelly Osbourne.

On Wednesday, the slimmed-down punk rock princess made her inaugural appearance in the Spring 2011 marketing campaign for the brand, which features designs by music legend Madonna and her teen daughter Lourdes Leon. Osbourne replaces gothic Gossip Girl actress Taylor Momsen, who appeared in the first spat of Material Girl ads last summer.

“It’s such an honor to be a part of this campaign and it was an amazing experience to work with Madonna and Lola. Material Girl is incredible because it’s high fashion but it’s also accessible to anyone who shops at Macy’s,” Kelly says. “I take so much of my style from Madonna in the 80s and I really admire how Lola dresses and that she stays true to herself.”

The new promos will debut in the April issues of lifestyle magazines, including Seventeen, Teen Vogue, and Cosmopolitan.

“Kelly represents a true Material Girl,” says Madonna in press release this morning. “She is edgy, cool and has a unique sense of style that Lola and I love.”
