Kelsey Grammar, 55, and his third wife, former Playboy model Camille Grammer, are throwing in the towel after nearly 13 years of marriage.
The couple was last photographed out together at the Tony Awards in New York on June 13.
The divorce petition was filed by Camille’s attorney Neal Hersh on Thursday and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Camille, 41, is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the couple’s two children – daughter Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5. She is also petitioning for spousal support.
Despite her split from the Frasier funny guy, it looks like we’ll be seeing a whole lot more of Camille in the months to come; the blonde is to appear on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills later this year. Camille is now known for her work to raise awareness about irritable bowel syndrome, which she was diagnosed with in 1996.
