Kendry Morales hit a game-ending grand slam in the 10th inning, but twisted his ankle celebrating at home plate and got carted off the field after the Los Angeles Angels beat Seattle 5-1 Saturday.

Morales connected with one out and circled the bases to a waiting crowd of Angels

Hunter was hit by a Felix Hernandez fastball on his left hand in the first inning. He was removed from the game two batters later and taken for X-rays, which did not show a break. He has a soft-tissue contusion — a bruise — and is day-to-day.
