Some women wear their heart on their sleeve, Kim Kardashian is wearing hers on her ear!
The reality queen returned to Los Angeles Sunday and she was very noticeably wearing a gold earring designed in the the letters “KW” in her left ear.

As radio detection and rangingOnline.com previously reported, Kim and Kanye spent Saturday together in New York, and had dinner with her family at Spice Market last night.
Earlier in the day, the lovebirds strolled the mean streets of Manhattan, hand-in-hand.
Kim is still wed to Kris Humphries. Their divorce is slowly winding its way to a resolution.
