It is now learnt that Amazon is not going to follow blindly to include some key features of iPad in its Kindle device. The technology world has been guessing that whether or not Kindle will follow the changes that have come in iPad and this speculation has come especially after the launch of Apple’s popular handheld product.
Amazon’s Kandle refresh may not be having iPad’s two features color and a touchscreen. The revamped Kindle will hit the market in August and will be much thinner and will have a sharper looking screen and a more responsive one.
In the past week, Amazon had held a shareholders meeting to announce some changes in the new Kindle. It was said that Kindle would remain true to its purpose of being a device for serious readers rather than a more multipurpose product like Apple’s iPad.
