The CW has chosen its Green Arrow. The series, based on the DC comic about an archer superhero, was picked up to pilot earlier this month. The titular role goes to Stephen Amell, the actor who Hung fans will recognize as the younger, prettier dude who moved in on Thomas Jane’s gigolo territory. He’s also been a favorite at The CW, with recurring roles in The Vampire Diaries and 90210. Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim, the same duo who brought Green Lantern to the big screen last summer, are writing and executive producing. One problem Arnell does not have is looking good shirtless on camera, as a simple Google Image search will quickly reveal. But why go through all that, when we’ve done the work for you? So here he is, ladies and gents: Your Green Arrow (assuming this pilot is picked up to series). What do you think?
