Lady Gaga And The Case Of The Disappearing Panties!

Pop sensation Lady Gaga has come under fire from a British-based luxury lingerie chain after she allegedly failed to return four “priceless” undergarments she was sent on loan to wear in her upcoming “Alejandro” music video.

The “Poker Face” hitmaker was reportedly sent seven undergarments from Rigby and Peller, which counts Queen Elizabeth and Gwyneth Paltrow among its celebrity clientale, but brand bosses claims Gaga only returned three pairs of underwear.

Rigby and Peller insists the items they sent Gaga were prototypes for their 2010 fall/winter collection – and the mysterious case of the missing underwear could throw their upcoming fashion show into a tailspin.

“Obviously we were delighted that Lady Gaga wanted to use our new pieces in her next video but we did stress we needed them back in plenty of time for our press show. They are handmade, unique designs, simply priceless and not available anywhere in the world so we are really disappointed not to get them back for our major showcase of the year,” a frantic rep for the fashion house told London’s Daily Express on Saturday.

Team Gaga, on the other hand, has remained tight-lipped on the odd case. “We’ve nothing to say,” a spokesperson for Gaga told the paper.
