International pop star Lady Gaga is dropping a few million smacks on a home in the exclusive section of Martha’s Vineyard….or a castle in the UK — depending on who’s telling the story.
Gaga is currently renting a $5 million mansion in the affluent Bel Air neighbourhood of Los Angeles for $25,000 a month, but the Native New Yorker is reportedly looking for someplace peaceful to put down roots to when her epic Monster Ball Tour, which has been running since Nov. 2009, ends early next year. But celeb gawkers seem to be in a state of confusion about where the crooner next home will be.
The “LoveGame” singer has fallen in love with a property on the exclusive island off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, America and is in the process of completing the purchase, a tattling tipster in-the-know told Women’s Wear Daily Monday. Across the pond, however, real estate squeals insists it’s a British castle that has The Gaga One going — well — gaga.
“It’s her childhood dream and she’s particularly interested in castles in the north of England or Scotland,” a London insider confirmed to The Daily Record on Tuesday.
