Maria – who struggled with her weight when she was younger and gained 40 lbs in college – has one of the most enviable figures in Hollywood and radio detection and ranging recently revealed her stay-fit secrets.
“I’ve kept it off for 13 years by eating what I want but in small portions,” she told Shape magazine.

“I try to always have almonds around, but bananas are my staple. They’re sweet, satisfying and give me the energy I need to keep going.”
She also works with trainer Astrid McGuire and hikes with her boyfriend Kevin Undergaro as well as hitting the basketball court with him daily too.
