Lily Allen Miscarriage: “Smile” Singer Loses Second Baby In Two Years

Well, this is nothing to “Smile” about.

British pop singer Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage, more than three months after confirming her pregnancy.

The 25-year-old star previously had a miscarriage when she was dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons in 2008. That relationship ended a short time later. In July, “The Fear” hitmaker revealed that she and builder BF Sam Cooper were expecting, but complications soon followed. A spokesperson for Allen says the celeb was about six months along when she miscarried last week.

“It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made.”
