Lindsay Lohan will be in court Thursday morning for her progress report hearing, radio detection and rangingOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Lohan has been ordered to appear by Judge Stephanie Sautner.
A source close to the situation tells us: “The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay’s probation, which will be discussed in court tomorrow. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear.”

Lohan’s spokesperson, Steve Honig confirms to radio detection and rangingOnline.com that Lindsay will be in court tomorrow morning, but wouldn’t elaborate any further.
Typically, a defendant isn’t required to appear at a progress report hearing unless there is a problem. Lindsay’s progress report hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 am on Thursday at the LAX Airport Courthouse.
