Actress Lindsay Lohan recently in the Los Angeles confessed that she do miss out some weekly alcohol treatment sessions but also at the same time she came up with the statement that she however, makes up for those classes.

Shawn Chapman Holley, the attorney of the actress stated on Friday, that there has been no infringement over the DUI probation and therefore, need not be put behind bars. He added that she missed out the treatment class in occasional weeks but attended two classes to make it up.

With the limitation over her liberation, the lady is in substantial compliance and the judge; the past year had in frustration with the string of delinquencies of Lohan has ordered her to join the alcohol weekly treatment session.

The next hearing is scheduled by the court on May 20 or an emergency hearing can also be held. On Friday morning, the TMZ had reported that the lady is doing her old tricks like before of hitting the AWOL for few weeks.

Lohan had spent one hour twenty four minutes in prison for her intoxicated driving in May 2007 where she led to a collision of her Mercedes-Benz into the Beverly Hills tree.
