Meet Liu Wei, a 23 year-old Chinaman who can play the piano beautifully – with his feet. When Wei was 10-years-old he was eletrocuted. While the accident didn’t cost him his life, Wei did lose both arms. However, he’s not allowing that to stop him from making his dreams come true.
