Hollywood star Mel Gibson has been axed from ‘The Hangover 2’.
The actor’s cameo was scrapped because the cast was pissed at the notion he”d be in the flick.
Warner Bros released a statement through director Todd Phillips, confirming that Gibson”s role had been cut from the film.
“I thought Mel would have been great in the movie and I had the full backing of Jeff Robinov and his team,” TMZ quoted Phillips as saying.
“But I realize filmmaking is a collaborative effort, and this decision did not ultimately have the full support of my entire cast and crew,” Phillips added.
