Having a Will Smith summer blockbuster in theaters is practically a national holiday at this point, and this year we commemorated the festivities with”Men in Black 3.”

In the threequel, Smith’s Agent J must travel back to 1969 to prevent the assassination of his partner, Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) at the hands of the one-armed, time-traveling alien fugitive Boris the Animal. With the Apollo 11 mission looming in the background, J works alongside a much younger — but still surly — K (Josh Brolin) to ensure that the timeline remains unchanged.
