Miley Cyrus has consulted her attorneys and is considering taking legal action against ZackTaylor.ca after the Canadian blogger/radio personality released a nude picture last week claiming it was found on the 18-year-old star’s lifted iPhone.
Taylor — who was one of two bloggers who tried to purchase PerezHilton.com in a multimillion dollar deal earlier this year — has since admitted the picture was a hoax. The web went bananas last week when an image of a woman who looked shockingly like Miles, from the neck down anyway, dressed in an open plaid shirt and little else hit the blogosphere. The “lookalike” was actually a young British woman.
Miley’s rep has denied the picture was her from the outset, pointing out that the model is thinner than Miley and is missing her tell-tale tattoo (Miley has the words “Just Breathe” tattooed under her left breast).
