Fury: Wardaddy is ready for battle. Brad Pitt’s character in the upcoming Fury is described as “a battle-hardened army sergeant” and he certainly looks the part in a new photo released from the movie, which is due out on November 14. It’s set during World War II as Pitt and his tank crew go on a dangerous mission behind enemy lines. [Total Film]

Neighbors: Seth Rogen has been “having a lot of discussions” about a sequel to comedy hit Neighbors. Rogen’s company produced the film, which has made more than $ 220 million worldwide. He says the budget was cut in half — to $ 18 million — to minimize studio interference, and that he and his producing partners want to specialize in making low-budget, R-rated comedies.“It’s more fun working on stuff that makes me laugh all day,” Rogen said. Pacific Rim

Pacific Rim: Although Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim made hundreds of millions of dollars at the box office, the question of a sequel has been left up in the air, in part because the film’s budget was so high (nearly $ 200 million). But del Toro says that he has been working on a script with Zak Penn (X-Men: The Last Stand, The Incredible Hulk) “for a few months now in secret. We found a way to twist it around.” Unfortunately, that’s no guarantee of a sequel. “I don’t have the money, but I’m proceeding like it is happening,” he added. [BuzzFeed]

Jersey Boys

Jersey Boys Featurette: Clint Eastwood appeared on the Tony Awards television broadcast last night — presenting, not accepting — and briefly plugged his upcoming stage-to-screen adaptation of the smash Broadway musical Jersey Boys. In a new featurette for the movie, which opens in theaters on June 20, Eastwood and the cast members expound further on their attraction to the rags-to-riches story. Plus: Clint dances!
