Steve Jobs: Last month we heard that director David Fincher was in talks to reteam with writer Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network)  for an untitled bio-pic based on the life and career of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. Now comes word that Fincher wants Christian Bale to play Jobs, and feels so strongly about it that he will only direct the movie if Bale stars. Production may begin early next year. [The Wrap]

The Jungle Book: Andy Serkis, who gained fame playing Gollum in the Lord of the Rings films and Caesar in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, will direct The Jungle Book for Warner Bros. The actor served as second-unit director for The Hobbit movies, but this will be his feature directorial debut. The Warner Bros. project is in competition with another live-action adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic stories coming from Disney that will be directed by Jon Favreau. [Heat Vision]

Brick Mansions Trailer: Paul Walker stars in Brick Mansions, a remake of a French action movie, as an undercover cop in a dangerous district in Detroit that’s been walled off from the rest of the city in order to protect law-abiding citizens. A new trailer showcases some amazing Parkour stunts performed by Parkour co-founder David Belle, who plays an ex-convict. The movie opens on April 25. [Yahoo]
