New MTV “Skins” Trailer

The blogosphere is abuzz about the newest-released trailer for MTV’s Americanized adaptation of the popular UK series Skins. Fans are still concerned about the new show, which looks like a carbon copy of the original. MTV execs have reportedly decided to adopt for very similar storylines for the hotly-anticipated series premiere Stateside. We’re talking drugs, sex, cars in lakes and, of course, parties.
The US version of Skins debuts Jan. 17. Seasons 1-3 of the UK series is now available on DVD.
