Nvidia has announced at Computex in Taipei that it will release its new GeForce GTX 465 GPU and it will be priced at $300 as against the current prices of $280 for the other cards available on Newegg.
Going by the higher prices set for the new device, it is seen competing with other midrange prices for video cards. Thus it is likely to compete with AMD’s ATI Radeon HD 5850
The GTX 465 comes with many features that other such cards already have. However, there are very few brands of the cards available in the market today. The company’s new card is loaded with 352 CUDA cores, 44 texture units and a 256-bit memory interface.
