When on Friday, the world saw Pac-Man on home page of Google; it became the first search engine to do so. It brought the playable doodle to the notice of the users on the home page to celebrate 30the birthday of the game.

Pac-Man was born in Japan and when Google displayed it prominently on its first page, it was midnight in Japan. It was in May 22, 1980 that Toru Iwatani released his designed Pac-Man.

However, this time, the playable doodle received mixed response from the internet users. Many of them were apprehensive that some virus has invaded their computer. Most of them were complaining about the Pac-Man.
